90min session – $180*
120min session – $220


*Most sessions are held at Walden Pond, Callahan, or Cochituate State Park.

Every year the sport of triathlon grows and every year the competition gets tougher. We offer one on one coaching to make sure you are prepared. Whether you need confidence with open water swimming, improved technique on the bike,  a faster pace on the run, or the most efficient way to get through transition, we can help.

Whether you are new to open water, just need a swimming commitment partner, or you are looking to change up your current swimming drills we’ve got you covered. (most OWS sessions are held at Walden Pond)

We can help you build confidence on the road or trail. You’ll be learning from an experience competitive cyclist. You can expect high intensity training techniques, racing tactics, proper cycling form, and more. (location may vary)

We pride ourselves in helping runners of all ability levels to understand and execute proper and efficient running form. We can help push you through high intensity efforts and long distance endeavors. Whether you are a couch to 5k or top 10 finisher we can help you achieve your goals. We love trail running too! Learn new techniques to avoid injuries and run like a gazelle. (location may vary)

One on one obstacle course race training is typically held outdoors at a local park (usually Walden Pond or Callahan SP) that offers varying terrain and unique challenges involving swimming, trail running, jumping, balancing, lifting, squats, push ups, sit ups, burpees, and more. This training will help you be prepared for race day whether you are doing a 5k mud run or a 13 mile obstacle course race.
