Over the past 14 years I have been training for and competing in various endurance sports while following a 100% plant-based diet. Through my experience and my own evolution of what works and what doesn’t, I have developed the knowledge to help anyone eat cleaner and healthier. I have an extensive knowledge of many different diets including Paleo, Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Fruitarian, Raw, Ketogenic, and 80/10/10. Whether you want a healthier diet overhaul or just tweak your current diet I can help.
