Your card is not charged (unless you "no show" or cancel last minute.
All other transactions are CASH ONLY.
Please remember to bring cash with you to your appointment.

Credit Card Hold Requirement
All clients are required to enter a credit card number in order to hold your appointment time. This is one of the final steps when scheduling. There are no exceptions. Your card will not be charged at this time. The only reason that we would charge your card is if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
Cash Only Policy
All payments and gratuity are cash only. (The credit card to hold your appointment cannot be used. It is only for no show fees, if applicable.)
Our massage studio is located on the 2nd floor of building B. Please wait in your car and text Jon at 508-658-2779 when you arrive. Your massage therapist will let you know when the treatment room is ready for your appointment. Remember to bring a face mask with you to your appointment. Face masks are required.
We understand that unexpected events happen but, we also want to be fair to your hard working therapist that has set aside a time specifically for you. The following policies are apply.
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for us to possibly fill the appointment time by scheduling another client. Please give further notice whenever possible.
If you forget or choose not to show up for your appointment for whatever reason it will be considered a “no-show.” You will be required to pay for the missed appointment.
If you arrive late, your massage session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. The full rate for your session still applies regardless of the length of your treatment. With respect and consideration for your therapist and other clients, please arrive on time.
10 Minute Policy
Please text us if you are running late. If we have not heard from you after the start of your appointment time within 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and considered a no show. The no show fee will apply.
Groupon and Living Social Vouchers
Groupon and Living Social vouchers are for New Clients Only. Only one voucher may be redeemed per client. If you have ever had a massage at Wellness As Rx at anytime, then you cannot use a Groupon or Living Social voucher.
